Your mission
- You willtake on and registerallincoming ITinquiriesthrough phone e-mailchatand self-service portal inourITSM tool (Service Now).
- You willberesponsible fortheinitialtroubleshootingusingremote control tools and existingknowledge articles.
- You willforwardmore complex enquiriesto the 2ndlevel of support.
Your profile
- You speak fluent English AND French (B2/C1).
- You have strongacustomerfocusandservice mindset.
- You havealready first experience in IT mainlyin the area ofMicrosoft andAppletechnologies.
- You are highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
