Team: Global Operations
Location: India Bengaluru
We need someone to join our Global Operations team your primary responsibility will be to build seamless connections and automations between our operational platforms to drive efficiency across the entire business.
What you do:
- System Integration: Develop implement and maintain integrations between key platforms including HubSpot Clockify HR covering the full quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- API Development & Maintenance: Design and implement API connections to streamline and automate workflows across systems ensuring accurate data flow and real-time visibility into business operations.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify manual processes that can be automated implementing automation solutions that save time and reduce errors.
- Data Management & Synchronization: Ensure data is consistently synced and accurate across all platforms creating a single source of truth for operational data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions alignment with business needs.
- Problem Solving & Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system integrations ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Who you are
- You have 3-5 years experience in API integration and automation development using Python and other programming languages such as JavaScript & SQL.
- You will have a strong understanding of RESTful API design integration patterns best practices and tool understanding across Webhooks Zapier Integromat
- Problem Solver: You love tackling challenges head-on finding the most efficient way to build systems that work together and automating repetitive tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data and process integration is essential to you ensuring all connections and workflows function seamlessly across platforms and that processes and deployments are well documented and controlled
- Curious & Innovative: You constantly look for ways to improve workflows and love experimenting with new tools or approaches to make things run more efficiently.
- Collaborative: You work well in a team and are comfortable gathering input from different departments to ensure solutions meet real business needs.
- Adaptable: While Python is your core language you are open to using and learning other coding languages and tools

- Peer to Peer Development: Helping your peers develop their programming skills.
