The Opportunity
The Talent Development Consultant plays a key role in the implementation and management of all programs promoting the growth of leadership skills career development succession planning and employee self-awareness.
The chosen candidates leadership contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR strategic vision to create an engaging collaborative and trusting work environment.
What youll do
Responsibilities
Talent development
Assess/identify training and skills development needs within the Company;
Assess testing needs (psychometric or other) and make recommendations.
Monitor trends and best practices in leadership development in order to adapt them internally;
Design development programs;
Participate in the implementation of an innovative skills development strategy based on the latest market trends;
Collaborate with managers to identify skills needs and opportunities and determine training and skills development priorities;
Plan coordinate and supervise training initiatives ensuring their proper execution compliance with deadlines and quality of content;
Event planning
Participate or leads in the organization of events led by the human resources department.
HR support
- Supports the HR team in any other task or project in line with the Companys HR mission vision and values.
What youll need
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written skills in French and English;
- Bachelors degree in business administration human resources organizational development or related field;
- 5-7 years of experience in a human resources generalist role ideally with a few years of experience managing a talent development program.
- Experience in project management including the planning coordination and supervision of leadership and learning development projects.
- Analytical ability to understand and assess organizational needs in terms of leadership and learning development and to propose the most appropriate learning strategy in relation to these needs.
