The chosen candidates leadership contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR strategic vision to create an engaging collaborative and trusting work environment.
Talent development
Assess/identify training and skills development needs within the Company;
Assess testing needs (psychometric or other) and make recommendations.
Monitor trends and best practices in leadership development in order to adapt them internally;
Design development programs;
Participate in the implementation of an innovative skills development strategy based on the latest market trends;
Collaborate with managers to identify skills needs and opportunities and determine training and skills development priorities;
Plan coordinate and supervise training initiatives ensuring their proper execution compliance with deadlines and quality of content;
Event planning
Participate or leads in the organization of events led by the human resources department.
