OVERVIEW:
The position of TWO Chaplain works in the coordination with TWO Chaplain & Mission Integration Coordinator (Lead) to oversee the spiritual ministry of The Way Out a recovery focused homeless initiative designed to restore lives and promote wellness based in San Francisco. The system includes a 4-step process of treatment on demand residential treatment transformational living center (3 residential locations) and independence and empowerment. This positions primary focus is ministry to those in the post-residential treatment stage (Harbor Light ARC etc.) of The Way Out continuum. It is vital to support the holistic needs of participants by offering spiritual/pastoral care and accountability through the residential chaplaincy.
