WHAT YOULL BE DOING
The Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager reports to the Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety and plays a key role in establishing a safety culture for operations in Southern Nevada. The selected candidate will manage a range of priorities relative to the environmental health and safety practices along with training programs for Southern Nevada Operations. This position is responsible for implementing administering and developing/improving EHS programs assisting management in injury and illness prevention and ensuring operations are following local state and federal environmental and safety regulations. This position will also assist the Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety in support of O&M teams to maintain a culture where employees at all levels understand EHS processes and are committed to maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant work environment.
