Job Description
What can you expect
You will be fully involved in every aspect of programming for your patients developing lasting relationships and helping them make meaningful progress towards recovery. The length of stay at The Retreat ranges from three weeks to several months and you will be an integral part of ensuring that patients have the support that they need during and after their time with us. You will lead therapeutic group programming for the 22 residents of The Retreat and have an opportunity to build an outpatient practice for their ongoing treatment after discharge.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to board certifications and years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
