Responsibilities
- Analyzes and processes account payable in a timely manner.
- Codes invoices and check requests with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
- Investigates and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and follow up on pending issues.
- Prepares check requests wire transfers and ACH transactions for payment.
- Reconciles vendor statements on a monthly basis researching any discrepancies.
- Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting Department.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred with two years experience in an accounts payable role.
- Proficient in Excel Outlook and PDFs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
**This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Corporate Office on Acton Road Monday Friday during normal business hours.
