Position
Improve IT and business processes
Lead teams of Systems Engineers and Administrators
Manage Engineers who have a wide range of responsibilities:
Account creation automation support enterprise and education environments
Microsoft Windows InTune Azure M365 Google Chrome Apple Security MFA DLP
Ensure requirements for security portability and performance
Establish and measure SLAs
Qualifications
20 years in IT
Experience leading multiple teams
Thrives in fast-growing environment
Ability to analyze and optimize processes
Organized multi-tasker with ability to prioritize
Familiar with Microsoft technologies and security
Able to work on-site in Parma one day each week
