Job Title: Test Engineer SSD Customer Qualification
Division: Enterprise Product Division
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our SSD Customer Qualification team within Samsungs Enterprise Product Division. In this role you will play a critical part in qualifying OEM SSDs by executing and debugging comprehensive test plans collaborating closely with development teams and driving issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and debug SSD qualification tests to ensure compliance with OEM requirements
Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve test failures
Analyze test scripts and system logs to identify root causes of issues
Support development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with front-end storage protocols such as NVMe/PCIe or SAS
Proficiency in Linux-based environments
Strong scripting/programming skills in Perl Shell or Python
Ability to interpret and analyze test results and logs
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with IBM systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Certification processes
