What Youll Do: As a BDC Sales Agent you will be the driving force behind creating lasting customer relationships. Your role will focus on inbound and outbound calls establishing rapport and scheduling appointments all while delivering top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. What Were Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven Sales Success: A solid track record in inside sales internet marketing or appointment scheduling.
- Client Rapport: A natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent typing and writing abilities.
