Job Description
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand ongoing & upcoming changes like loading marketing commercial revenue loyalty.
- Treating escalation tickets raised by end user to ensure timely assistance while ensuring quality service standards.
- Assist L1 SDL Manager to monitor quality per the defined KPIs & highlight the same monthly.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and information dissemination across all Level 1 team members to ensure consistent skill levels and operational efficiency.
- Assist L1 SDL Manager to ensure that all (new) functional processes are applied correctly.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team & address the same via training sessions.
- Identify the need to evolve the knowledge database & raise the concern with the dedicated team following the process in place.
- Provide support to the provider in a different cultural and linguistic context
- Contribute constantly to the optimization of the quality of service
- Have an overview of the distribution operations and a good knowledge of the processes delegated to the service provider
- Availability and reactivity to provide quick answers to interlocutors
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or sales support
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Thai
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive results-oriented approach

- This position is based in Bangkok
The role involves global collaboration requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
