As a Senior Recruiter in the USA you will be the first Recruiting hire in the US to support the expansion of our central Sales City Dallas. You will be the key point of contact for our US sales team leading their expansion in Dallas and across the US.
You will be part of our business partnering layer with responsibilities to own delivery to a department or group of teams. You will be accountable for delivering that world class service that we aspire for managing those stakeholders ensuring we act in a fiscally responsible manner and delivery is in line with demand. You will be engaging with stakeholders at all levels from our C-Suite to our Manager layer.

Business Partnering
Able to work with autonomy and own the relationship with a group of senior stakeholders (VP and above leaders) or an entire function. This goes beyond purely reactive recruiting - you are an advisor and enabler of their strategy and vision.
You have the competency and ambition to educate and level up your stakeholders on items that could prevent us becoming a world class recruiting function.
Form a relationship with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to effectively manage future hiring.
You become a trusted team mate to the People Business Partner sharing the responsibility to solve problems with your shared stakeholder group and supporting each other.
Technical Competence
You are comfortable using data and leveraging it to create compelling reasons for your stakeholders to build and maintain positive behaviours.
You have a high level of competence sourcing your own data from various sources (HRIS/LinkedIn/ATS) and using it to learn and optimise how you recruit.
Able to build structured hiring processes with hiring teams that lead to impactful hires and healthy teams.
Comfortable developing recruiting strategies for complex roles and executing against that.
You are versatile and able to support other team members or pod mates if demand spikes in their area.
Able to create content that can be shared externally to support our hiring goals and positively impact our employer brand.

Hiring performance is in line with team expectations:
G&A & GTM - 50 roles closer per year
Contribute and ensure progress is made towards focus areas and sub metrics within TA.
