Job Description
To help the Church accomplish its religious mission all employees must hold a current temple recommend (if endowed) or be temple worthy as indicated by a certification from an ecclesiastical leader (if not endowed). Regularattendanceandtimelyarrivalattheassignedworklocationisrequiredtoaccomplishthework of furthering the mission of the Church. Ensign Peak Advisors Inc. follows a hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Analyze and record capital calls distributions and other transactions
Assist in the recording and analysis of alternative investment valuations
Coordinate funding of capital calls with investment teams and Church treasury personnel
Process expenses capital inflows and capital outflows in accordance with ILPA standards
Reconcile alternative investment activity to third-party sources
Identify research and resolve exceptions and other issues
Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvements and controls over alternative investment operations
Assist in responding to internal audit interrogatories and other queries
Compile process and analyze third-party reporting regarding alternative investments for investment teams
Assist investment teams and operations personnel with ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with emphasis in accounting finance or similar
2 years experience in investment operations fund accounting auditing or similar preferred
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Facility in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
