Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Plainfield IN. The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full-time position available for 1st shift(7am - 3:30pm) and 2nd shift (4pm - 12:30am) Monday through Friday. Scanner/handheld experience preferred. The starting pay for this position is $18 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $23 per hour based on productivity. Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus. **Qualifications:**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience in unloading receiving loading forklift operation and other warehouse duties
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
- Must live locally in the Plainfield IN area
**Responsibilities:**
- Unload retail items from containers and trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts clamp trucks reach trucks and other equipment as needed
- Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products
- Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings
