Job Summary:
- Entry level position in operating scheduling and maintaining conference and videoconference facilities.
- Monitors schedules operates and maintains the customers video teleconferencing (VTC) systems & network and coordinates connection with numerous sites.
- May coordinate installation or install video equipment.
- Troubleshoots VTC networks. May train others to use equipment. Provides training on VTC systems.
- Explains and demonstrates installation VTC equipment to operators using hand-tools and following vendor manuals. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of VTC and network-related tasks.
- 1 years work experience supporting computing / communications environments or VTC enabled businesses.
- Proficient in operation of various audiovisual components.
- Must possess a current/active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
