Are you a passionate History/Geography Graduate eager to kick-start your career in education
All Saints Catholic School in Chelsea and Kensington is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic History/Geography Graduate to join their outstanding Humanities department as an Academic Mentor from September 2025.
This inclusive and high-achieving secondary school nestled in one of Londons most vibrant boroughs is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence student wellbeing and character education. The school offers a nurturing environment where a love of learning is actively encouragedand Humanities subjects particularly History and Geography are highly valued.
As a History/Geography Graduate youll provide targeted academic support to pupils across KS3 and KS4 helping them build confidence master subject knowledge and develop key analytical and writing skills. Whether youre supporting pupils 1:1 leading small group sessions or working alongside experienced teachers in class your role will have a real impact.
The Role History/Geography Graduate Mentor
Deliver tailored support in History and/or Geography lessons
Lead small-group and 1:1 interventions
Help pupils develop essay-writing source analysis and geographical thinking skills
Track progress and assist with assessment and feedback
Work closely with teachers to adapt support strategies for individual learners
Were Looking For:
A History or Geography graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top UK university
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
Experience with young people (tutoring mentoring or volunteering)
A genuine passion for education and the Humanities
What the School Offers:
450550 per week PAYE Term-time only
Full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026
