We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in the South of England.

What Youll Do:
Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers that require temporary power solutions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and bookings objectives.
Market Penetration: Identify opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate markets using a direct sales approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the growing needs of the industry.
Market Growth: Grow market share by targeting competitor accounts and expanding within existing customer bases while maintaining high service standards.
Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities leads and data.
Process Compliance: Adhere to Aggrekos sales process and ensure compliance with CRM and CPQ procedures.
Youll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
Experience in a technical sales environment
Strong knowledge of temporary power products
A positive customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams
Excellent time management planning and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
Strong presentation and objection-handling skills to build trust and long-term relationships
