Your Challenge

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment for Software and Platform Engineers Engineering Managers Data Engineers/Analysts and related technical roles.
  • Partner closely with our Tech leadership to define hiring strategies understand technical requirements and advise on market trends and competitive compensation.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn and tech meetupsyoure not just waiting for applications to come in.
  • Conduct structured interviews and technical assessments ensuring both candidate quality and an excellent hiring experience.
  • Be a data-driven hiring partnertrack funnel performance hiring velocity and pipeline health to guide continuous improvement.
  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives and contribute to building inclusive hiring practices within Engineering.
  • Participate in and lead projects across TA such as process optimization employer branding for tech talent tooling upgrades (e.g. Greenhouse enhancements) and DEI efforts.

What You Bring

  • 4 years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth tech companies or fast-scaling startups.
  • A deep understanding of technical profilesyou can talk tech stacks understand code fluency and spot engineering talent beyond buzzwords.
  • Expertise in sourcing and outreach using boolean search and creative engagement tactics.
  • Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and data analytics to inform and optimize recruiting performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skillsyoure a trusted partner to engineering leadership and a coach to hiring teams.
  • A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
