What Youll Do
As an Assembly Technician youll work hands-on with new equipment that ships directly to our global customers. This is collaborative precision-driven work where your contributions are visible valued and vital. Youll:
- Assemble mechanical sub-systems that form the bones of our packaging lines
- Build and test full systems from engineering drawings and schematics
- Wire and configure electrical panels alongside experienced panel technicians
- Prep materials stage parts and maintain shop flow to keep us moving smoothly
- Support continuous improvement helping us get faster and better without sacrificing quality
- Learn advanced skills like Lean Manufacturing principles BOM interpretation and pneumatic/electrical integration

Youll have:
- Familiarity with hand tools power tools and safe work practices
- Exposure to manufacturing automation or mechanical systems
- A technical trade background in industrial mechanics automation or electrical work

Location & Compensation
This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Calgary. We offer a competitive starting salary of $50-65k based on experience. We believe great people are worth investing inand develop and promote internally.TL;DR
