About Kingston Hotel and Kalis Hospitality
Following a recent refurbishment the Kingston Hotel offers a refreshed and welcoming experience blending traditional pub warmth with modern hospitality. The venue features a vibrant public bar a contemporary bistro a flexible function space for private events and a well-appointed gaming lounge.

About the role:
- Lead day-to-day venue operations with a hands-on solutions-focused approach
- Manage rosters and stock control to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community creating a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations RSA and RCG requirements
- Work closely with a supportive team across gaming functions and events marketing HR and compliance youre never on your own
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience ideally across bar bistro gaming accommodation and functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- A positive energetic approach with a genuine passion for people and service
- Natural communicator who builds rapport easily with both guests and team members
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings with fair rostering across the leadership team
