The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Fleet Services team where you will be a part of a small team of high performers that undertake a range of admin duties. Which includes Customer and supplier management Job control and Scheduling of work for local and remote service teams in delivering high value services to our broad customer base; key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and work with customers to achieve service outcomes
  • Manage & process customer service enquires
  • Process Purchase Orders Jobs and Invoices
  • Process spare parts orders & logistics demands
  • Validate Technical reports ensuring quality requirements are met on behalf of our clients
  • Manage and engage with key suppliers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Coordinate with local and remote technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Utilize business software such as MS Suite ERP and CRM to support business operations (Epicor Salesforce)
  • Assist general office admin duties as required by the business
