About the role

As a Reliability Engineering Intern you will support active consulting projects by working alongside experienced Managers and Senior Consultants. This is an opportunity to contribute to real deliverables while building foundational experience in engineering consulting and asset management.

This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in Engineering or related technical fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Engineering Analysis

    • Assist in identifying technical issues and recommending improvements in client environments

    • Gather and analyze reliability and maintenance-related data

    • Help develop reports diagrams and other project deliverables using structured tools and frameworks

  • Project Collaboration

    • Work closely with cross-functional project teams under the guidance of senior staff

    • Participate in team meetings and when appropriate client discussions

    • Document findings contribute to presentations and support the implementation of consulting solutions

  • Learning & Development

    • Engage in a structured learning experience with regular mentorship

    • Participate in a mid-term feedback session and end-of-program performance review

    • Build foundational knowledge in reliability engineering maintenance strategy and asset management

About you

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline

  • Basic familiarity with reliability or maintenance concepts

  • Interest in consulting asset management or operational strategy

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
