Baths R Us is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Accounting departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales department by reviewing documentation for bathroom remodeling projects to ensure accuracy. When necessary support the sales team with contract addendums to resolve any sales or production holds.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish a successful project lifecycle from beginning to end.
- Assist the accounting department with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented in the companys database.
- Maintain and organize files records and documentation.
- Support the sales and accounting team with general office duties including answering phones responding to emails and assisting with customer inquiries.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with database management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
