Job Description

Salary range: $26- $30

40 hours M - F

Weekend rotation 82 beds

Skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care.

Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Our therapy team specializes cognitive wellness and dementia support programs falls risk management and has expertise in environmental assessment and modification for home safety.
