Job Description
- Location: Baltimore MD 21237
- Assignment Duration: 9 Weeks
- Open to Local & Travel RNs
Job Highlights:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekly Pay: $2200 $2320
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN License.
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Note:
- Locals accepted local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
