Facility: Orono Commons
Location: Orono ME
Job Type: 14 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Days 5x8-Hour Shifts (08:00 AM 04:30 PM)
Job Description:
Orono Commons is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager for a 14 week contract assignment. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily clinical operations on the unit ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff coordinating care plans communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:

Valid RN license in Maine

Minimum 1-2 years of nurse management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
