Job Description
Radiologic Technologist Contract Role
Location: Rochester NY 14621
Open to Local & Travel Candidates
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2400 - $2600
- Start Date: 07/14/2025
Schedule:
-
Shift: 4x10-hour Weekend Day Shifts
-
Days: Friday Monday
-
Friday & Monday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM
-
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
-
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform X-rays and other imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Position patients and equipment to obtain optimal images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment and report any issues.
- Review and interpret images for quality and completeness.
- Document and maintain patient records accurately.
Position Requirements:
Certification:
- ARRT certification required
- Active Radiologic Technologist License required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 2 years of travel experience required
- Recent acute care or surgery center experience is mandatory
- Must have strong Fluoroscopy and OR skills
- Portable C-ARM experience required
- Experience with Moderate Sedation OR ED Trauma and Fluoroscopy Exams
Note:
- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
