Job Summary (Digital Analyst Ameriprise)
- Analyze digital marketing initiatives to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business results.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to assess user engagement with web or mobile app products; identify pain points whats working and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with senior marketing leaders (Senior Director VP) on strategic initiatives project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Perform online reporting and analysis of complex digital metrics from multiple sources including web and app analytics.
- Manage synthesize and present data clearly to communicate insights influence strategy and tell a compelling business story.
- Provide analytics support to business stakeholders (customer acquisition product management UX website optimization project management IT).
- Develop measurement plans technical documentation for tagging and assist in data extraction variable creation and quality control.
- Lead and coach peers within the analytics team; foster brainstorming and enablement initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly KPIs and dashboards; implement best practices for marketing performance analytics.
- Act as subject matter expert for analytic tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics); strategize on tool adoption and effectiveness.
- Identify and drive operational excellence: optimize processes standardize practices enhance QA and enable self-service analytics.
- Manage workload and team priorities through agile meetings marketing alignment sessions and leadership discussions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-suite executives.
- Hybrid role: Onsite 3-4 days/week in Minneapolis Charlotte or Phoenix.
Key Skills Required:
- SQL
- Adobe Analytics (Tag Debugging required) Adobe CJA (plus)
- Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Experience working with stakeholders understanding business requirements (2-5 years)
- Experience leading and coaching peers (not direct management)
Preferred/Additional:
- Experience in big data environments (AWS Azure)
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP)
- Coding skills: Pyspark Python SQL
- Financial services experience (a plus not required)
- Understanding of statistical analysis methodologies
Other Notes:
- Must work onsite (hybrid schedule) as required.
- 6 month contract potential for extension or conversion to FTE in 2026.
