Mechanical Engineer
Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer looking to work on high-precision components in a fast-paced collaborative environment Join a growing manufacturing company where your engineering insight directly shapes how products are built scaled and delivered.
What You ll Do:
Collaborate across engineering quality and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
Develop work instructions quality plans and training docs to support the shop floor
Assist with quoting and cost estimation by evaluating manufacturing feasibility
Drive process improvements that enhance throughput reduce waste and boost product quality
Troubleshoot production challenges and provide real-time engineering support
Support new product introductions and the scale-up of production lines
What We re Looking For:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
3 5 years in a manufacturing/production environment
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and MS Office
Strong understanding of DFM principles quality systems and process documentation
Excellent communication skills able to translate technical data for cross-functional teams
Problem-solver with a practical detail-oriented mindset
