Our HR Manager - Employee Experience is responsible for the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that contributes towards building MobiLab as a great place to work. Jointly with the People & Culture team you will be a driver of our People & Culture strategy ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment for our team.
Tasks
Employee Onboarding
- Own and optimise relocation process ensuring international hires have a seamless transition to Germany and a strong start at MobiLab.
- Support new joiners in their onboarding process supporting their start and first steps within our team.
Employee Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Provide guidance on labor laws company policies and best practices to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience.
- Oversee and continuously improve HR processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and manage HR data reports and KPIs providing insights to support decision-making and drive improvements.
Employee Development
- Drive employee development initiatives including training programs mentoring sessions and career growth opportunities.
- Lead annual feedback sessions to foster growth performance and engagement.
- Champion mental health and well-being initiatives ensuring a supportive work environment for our team.
- Drive DEIB initiatives ensuring an inclusive working environment for our team.
Requirements
- A proactive and strategic HR professional with 5 years of experience ideally in the IT industry.
- Well-versed in German labor laws and HR best practices.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A strong communicator who builds trust and fosters positive relationships across all levels.
- Experienced with HR systems and digital tools with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
- Fluent in German and English (B2 or higher).
- Bonus: You have experience as a trainer or moderator.
