Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- State certification for teaching in early childhood or primary education.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and learning styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and educators.
- Understanding of special education processes and accommodations.
- Familiarity with teaching tools and technologies.
- Experience in developing IEPs (Individual Education Plans) is a plus.
