Job Title: Banquet Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banquet Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating banquet sales building client relationships and ensuring successful event . Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales.
Handle inquiries conduct site visits and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients event planners and wedding organizers.
Negotiate contracts prepare proposals and finalize banquet sales agreements.
Coordinate with the banquet and operations team to ensure seamless event .
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-event feedback.
Maintain updated records of sales and clients in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in banquet or event sales (hotel experience preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
