This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (MT Colorado Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Research and build lead lists in industries like B Corp-certified companies private label brands pet products F&B manufacturers and candle businesses
Qualify leads to ensure they re legitimate US-based prospects
Execute cold email outreach and follow-up sequences at high volumes
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets with personalized messaging
Track outreach activity and manage lead data in CRM tools
Coordinate handoff of qualified leads to the internal sales team
Schedule emails for optimal U.S. business hours
Collaborate with the team to optimize messaging and response rates
Requirements:
Experience in lead generation email outreach or B2B marketing
Skilled in lead research tools CRM platforms and cold email software
Strong writing skills for personalized outreach
Detail-oriented and data-savvy with strong analytical skills
Self-driven and able to hit performance goals independently
Familiarity with U.S. business landscape
Understanding of email deliverability and compliance best practices
