Our client a fast-growing U.S.-based organization is seeking a ClickUp Systems & Project Management Expert to lead the optimization and transformation of their ClickUp environment. This is your opportunity to own and reshape a mission-critical system that empowers teams across departments to collaborate seamlessly and execute strategically.
About the Role:
As the ClickUp Expert you ll be the go-to authority for auditing configuring and enhancing ClickUp across the organization. Youll partner with operations project teams and leadership to design scalable workflows implement automation and promote consistent usage through effective training and governance.
You won t just be managing a tool you ll be leading a transformation that enables better execution accountability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Redesign: Evaluate the current ClickUp environment and implement a scalable intuitive structure.
- Workflow Optimization: Build project workflows tailored to various teams and business units.
- Governance: Define and enforce workspace standards naming conventions and user permissions.
- Training & Enablement: Create SOPs run workshops and provide hands-on user support.
- Automation & Integration: Reduce manual work through smart automations and tool integrations.
- Cross-Team Liaison: Understand departmental needs and translate them into actionable system configurations.
- Reporting & Visibility: Develop dashboards and reporting tools that support business insights and decision-making.

Requirements
- 3 years in project management business operations or systems consulting.
- Proven experience configuring ClickUp in a mid-to-large organization (150 employees).
- Deep knowledge of ClickUp s advanced features (Goals Docs Dashboards Automations etc.).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall).
- Expertise in process mapping and workflow design.
- Excellent communication training and change management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
