The Opportunity:
As an HR / Recruitment Intern at Pentoz you won t just assist with hiring you ll play a key role in shaping the future workforce of one of India s boldest tech-driven enterprises. This is a hands-on high-impact internship designed for passionate ambitious individuals who want to gain deep exposure to recruitment talent strategy and organizational culture in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Over the course of 3 months you ll be immersed in real projects and challenges that matter. If you prove yourself through performance this internship can lead to a full-time paid position with a salary ranging from 15000 to 40000/month depending on your impact.
Talent Acquisition:
Supporting full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Learning and using modern ATS tools and recruitment platforms to identify top talent.
Employer Branding:
Assisting in building and promoting our employer brand across social platforms job boards and campus outreach.
Creating compelling job postings and engagement content to attract high-quality candidates.
People Operations:
Contributing to the development of HR policies documentation and internal communication initiatives.
Assisting in organizing internal events virtual culture-building efforts and performance tracking.
Reporting & Strategy:
Maintaining candidate and recruitment data for accurate dashboards and analytics.
Collaborating with HR leadership to align recruitment activities with larger business objectives.
You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in people organizational culture and growing high-performing teams.
You re a self-starter who s comfortable working remotely and taking initiative.
You have excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
You want to build real skills and earn your place in a fast-growing company.
