Job Description
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Salary: 25000- 35000 CTC per month(Based on previous experience and package)
Experience: 1 2 years in Bank Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our Credit Department specializing in loan products against shares. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in banking or financial services with strong interpersonal and sales skills to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit products particularly loans against shares/assets to prospective and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to identify needs and offer suitable credit solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets in line with departmental goals.
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 1 2 years of proven sales experience in a bank or financial institution
- Strong understanding of retail credit products especially loan against shares
- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
