Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in the field of Business Development 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Chennai. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the industry.

- Proven experience in business development or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide support and resolve client queries related to ongoing projects in a timely and efficient manner. Understand client needs and offer solutions, including cross-selling and upselling services. Proactively acquire new clients and expand business opportunities. Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Exhibit a keen interest in new initiatives and innovations within the industry/ project. Maintain detailed client records and project reports using strong Excel skills. Ensure end-to-end task management and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities. Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
