Bilingual Administrative Assistant (medical) Remote
Remote administrative opportunity in the insurance industry focused on reviewing communications for privacy compliance. Ideal for bilingual (English/French) candidates with strong Microsoft Office skills and keen attention to detail.

Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Monday Wednesday Friday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM EST.
Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:
Review and assess external communications for compliance with privacy protocols and client-specific guidelines.
Communicate clearly with case managers and leadership when guidelines are not met.
Analyze communications and document trends for continuous improvement.
Manage a shared email inbox while meeting turnaround times and maintaining high quality.
Assist with email communications and internal tool referrals.
Process invoices and complete other administrative support functions related to case management.
What you will need to succeed:
Post-secondary education (college or university).
0 2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Teams Excel OneNote OneDrive PowerPoint) and Adobe.
Ability to investigate apply critical judgment problem solve and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills.
Strong written and oral communication abilities.
Fast learner who is analytical proactive and takes initiative.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexible and adaptable capable of handling high workloads and competing deadlines.
Skilled in building relationships with internal partners using tact and diplomacy.
Knowledge of disability management and/or group benefits is considered an asset.
Experience in a health-related field or administrative office setting is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French is required to review and provide feedback on client-facing communications that serve both English- and French-speaking plan members across Canada.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
