About the Role:
As the Lead IT Applications (POS) youll work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to drive major application initiatives across Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Youll oversee technical planning development testing deployment and ongoing supporthelping evolve the retail experience for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and new capabilities within store systems.
Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements architecture development testing deployment and support.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system performance and project delivery.
Contribute to enterprise architectural standards and lead technical innovation.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
710 years of experience supporting IT systems in a retail environment.
Prior experience with Point-of-Sale systems (Aptos a plus).
Technical expertise in C# .NET SQL Server and enterprise architecture.
Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $109900$187450 (commensurate with experience)
