Sharpcontra is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining data in our systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into internal databases and systems
Review data for errors and ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain updated records of invoices contracts and customer information
Retrieve data as requested by management
Organize and file digital documents properly
Follow data confidentiality and security policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely data processing
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills
