Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/DS Consultant to support a global life sciences company in its digital transformation journey focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role will contribute to the optimization of production planning and detailed scheduling processes across complex manufacturing operations.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements for PP/DS functionalities.
- Designing and configuring SAP PP/DS solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
- Supporting planning run strategies heuristics and capacity planning.
- Integrating PP/DS with upstream/downstream modules such as MM SD and APO where applicable.
- Participating in fit-gap analysis functional specifications and testing cycles (unit integration UAT).
- Providing hypercare support and end-user training post-go-live.
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing performance improvements in planning tools.
Qualifications :
- 45 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/DS ideally within S/4HANA projects.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with heuristic configuration planning strategies pegging and alert monitoring.
- Familiarity with life sciences industry standards (GxP FDA GMP) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills and experience working with global teams.
