Job Description
The sales territory will include Murfreesboro Smyrna Antioch Shelbyville and Tullahoma.
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Middle Tennessee. As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies building strong client relationships and driving brand awareness in our target markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote company services and our great people
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clinics referral sources and community partners
- Plan coordinate and attend marketing events promotional activities and community events
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels including digital and traditional media
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with our clinic leaders and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate on social media presence and engagement strategies
- Present strategies to company leaders and clinic partners
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the health care industry and physical therapy is a plus
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as needed
