Job Description
Responsible for collecting analysing and reporting on data from routine and exceptional monitoring and evaluation activities. The tasks will include:
- Support the project team in conducting field surveys and visiting target villages to collect primary data
- Collect the data regularly from the project and partner staff
- Support data inquiry from the field survey and verify the accuracy of the data form
- Support communication coordination with target communities to make appointments meetings
- Maintain and administer the project database perform data analysis
- Perform other duties as may be requested by the project supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in environmental forestry social sciences with knowledge about renewable energy clean cooking solution electric cooking biomass or related fields.
- Familiar with Microsoft affiliate software e.g. Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct interviews with the communities and record related information.
- Ability to communicate in basic English (speaking writing reading) is an asset.
- Dedicated to learning new knowledge and exploring self-potential for future development.
Additional Information :
INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:
Interns will work at the SNV office in Savannakhet province. They will be offered daily allowance based on SNV policy which required to submit monthly timesheet. Additionally intern will be fully involved with the project development and receive an opportunity to expand their network in the development sector.
TIMEFRAME
The intern will be contracted to the project for up to six months (April 2024 October 2024). Based on the project budget and performance there is potential for an extension.
