In this role you will be part of the global IT-department at Syntegon and responsible for applications and processes in the area of collaboration and IT-infrastructure.
- You are the primary point of contact for the management operations and optimizations of the Atlassian Cloud products Confluence and Jira.
- You are also the responsible application owner for a semi-automated workflow tool where you can setup the application on a green field.
- In your role youre taking care of the development operations and governance in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on a state-of-the-art software platform.
- Administer user access permissions and groups in consideration of Syntegon standards and best practices for the applications in your scope.
- Coordinate with process owners and key-users on business requirements by using appropriate tools and agile methodologies.
- Develop and provide training resources for end-users and service teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and optimize the service request fulfillment and coordinate development and service teams.
- Improve governance and KPI monitoring for your applications in scope.
- Budget planning and reporting in relation to the tools under responsibility.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing and administrating Confluence Jira and other IT infrastructure tools.
- Experience with account provisioning from external identity providers and optimizations in this area.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices especially in configuration and change management.
- Solid understanding of application life cycle management troubleshooting and user support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
