In the role you will:

• Build and grow networks across Melbournes northern and eastern suburbs as well as key communities throughout the Gippsland region including areas like Frankston Warragul Sale and Melbourne CBD.
• Drive home lending growth by connecting with individuals families and businesses in your community.
• Generate new business leads across lending insurance wealth and business banking.
• Have meaningful conversations with customers to understand their goals and provide smart personalised solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Contribute to business growth in your region and help shape the future of banking in Victoria.
