Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion we are currently searching for an energetic Sales Support Specialist (formerly known as Inside Partners). You will serve as a liaison between our corporate office and the fieldsupporting our outside sales representatives in multiple capacities. Successful candidates will have extensive administrative experience a talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to excel in a supporting role. Sales experience is not required but knowledge of the selling process is a big plus.
This role is hybrid and must be able to commute to Carson headquarters.
Qualifications :

- 2 years of experience in customer support
- Exceptional customer service skills in dealing with both customers & internal departments
- High-level administrative skills
- Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude
- Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Superb written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks is required

At Lakeshore we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.36 - $30.04 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidates relevant experience location and skillset.
