Job Description
- Develop AI Strategies: Create and implement AI strategies that align with the organizations business goals and implement AI use cases that bring value to the business
- AI Community & Training: Establish an AI-savvy community with business and IT people and create training programs that further promote the utilization of AI within the business functions
- Project Management: Lead AI project teams and coordinate with other departments for successful AI deployment
- Integration & Tooling: Ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies with existing software and hardware platforms by closely collaborating with our corporate IT functions
- Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionality
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists IT and software development teams to transform machine learning models into production-level code
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AI integrations including technical design documents reports and manuals
- Compliance: Ensure all AI operations adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance regulations
- Risk Management: Identify and manage opportunities and risks associated with AI deployments
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or a comparable qualification HTL/FH/(Technical) University
- Excellent knowledge about the architecture and application of common AI technology stacks such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry
- Proficiency in machine learning data structures algorithms and various AI technologies and platforms
- Ability to address issues related to AI applications in a timely and effective manner
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud for data management and governance
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and technologies
- Fluent proficiency in German (C1) and English
Additional Information:
The minimum salary depending on education ranges from 3.729 to 4.270 gross per month (14 x p.a.) based on full-time employment (385 hours per week). Depending on your specific professional experience there is a willingness to significantly overpay.
