Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Business Development Specialist to support the Analog & Connectivity (A&C) division in the semiconductor industry. This role will focus on implementing the A&C Attach Program delivering data-driven insights and coordinating internal business reviews. The Senior Analyst will work closely with division operations leads sales teams and payroll to ensure program success and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills experience in sales operations and a commitment to driving results through data.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the A&C Attach Program:
    • Develop and monitor KPIs to track program performance.
    • Deploy dashboards to highlight performance metrics and encourage success across teams.
    • Calculate quarterly payouts and collaborate with payroll to ensure timely execution.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop a deep understanding of sales funnel data to identify gaps in coverage.
    • Deliver actionable insights to support division operations leads and sales teams in improving funnel conversion rates.
  • Coordinate and run internal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
    • Review top opportunities and identify critical support needed to win.
    • Assess KPIs and drive improvement plans to address performance gaps.
    • Identify operational strengths and weaknesses developing and implementing plans to close gaps.
  • Establish a strong presence and influence with division operations and sales operations teams.
  • Set and maintain a regular cadence of meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and results.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Data Analytics or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in data analytics a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations data analytics or program management within the semiconductor or technology industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) and sales operations software.
  • Experience with KPI development dashboard creation and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Desired Skills

  • Deep understanding of sales funnels attach rates and conversion metrics.
  • Experience with payroll processes and incentive program management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its sales cycles.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to increase attach rates enhance conversion rates and establish strong collaboration with division operations and sales operations teams.

Additional Information :

The expected annual pay range for this position is $150K - $175K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
