Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The National Museum of Scotland
Museum Kitchen is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. The kitchen serves food from 11 AM to 3 PM. Chefs team also provides daytime catering and evening events on-site.
We Offer:
Rate: 13.5 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends
Contract: Full Time/ Part Time/ Permanent/ Temporary
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced high volume kitchen.
