1. Combining the package and logistic requirement from central department participate in the definition and modifying for local plant package standard.

2. At the beginning of project support purchasing department to finish the confirmation of package standard investment way cost comparison and logistic mode.

3. According to project time schedule complete the package design and proposal approve document release and management future purchasing tracking.

4. Manage or participate the projects which initiated by management or projects from global RPP group.

5. Lead the packaging improvement projects (Cost design process etc.) and report to management based on requirement.

6. Plan the yearly packaging cost and timely monitor the status if finding deviation must define improved action immediately.

7. Cooperation with oversea plant about the package related topic like importing new product production.

8. Other assigned task.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Working experience in packaging is more than 3 years.

3. Knowledge the character and market price situation of different packaging material.

4. Knowledge the packaging standard and develop process of automobile plants.

5. Proficient in coordinating complex projects involving multiple departments and facilities.

6. Comfortable solving complex problems of high visibility.

7. Good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal.

8. Must be organized regarding schedule projects and technical information.

9. Fluent English (Reading Speak Listen Write).
